REFUND REGARDING E-COMMERCE SERVICES
a. Before initiating a Return, please consider the fact that our products are Pet consumables and hence hygiene is of utmost importance. We therefore accept return request only under certain circumstances and so you are requested to carry out proper analysis of the products before ordering.
b. You can place a request for refund within 24 hrs of receipt of good, only if the:
i. Products are damaged
ii. Products are wrongly sent
iii. Packaging was tampered
c. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please share a picture at email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund wherever possible.
d. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be purchased in sale, must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
e. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a pick-up within 2 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
f. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
g. You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Any cancellation request after the product has been dispatched shall be dealt as a Return under this Policy.
h. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days of receipt of returned products. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS AND CLEARANCE SALE
i. Orders sold on discounted prices cannot be exchanged, returned or cancelled. Please note that products sold in clearance sale may have minor aesthetic defects.
REFUND REGARDING VET CONSULTANCY SERVICES
j. Petamiko shall refund the fees paid by User in case of all cancellations of appointments made in line with the terms mentioned in clause 3 above.
k. In case of Vet-No-Show, which means, if the User has not received any calls from the Vet during the allocated time slot, and neither has received a request for rescheduling, or, the User has received a request for rescheduling but does not want to reschedule it again, in such cases, refund shall be processed by Petamiko to the User.
l. However, in case the User has not attended the Vet’s call, or has cancelled the meeting within 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting, then both the situations shall be considered as a Patient-No-Show, and no refund shall be processed in such cases.
m. In the event it is proved that the Vet Consultants have acted in contravention of any applicable laws, Petamiko shall provide complete refund to the User, subject to investigation undertaken by Petamiko.
n. If the cancellation is due to the abusive nature of the User, such User shall not be eligible for any refund and Petamiko/Vet Consultant shall be entitled to take any legal action, depending upon the gravity of the matter.
o. User shall refrain from raising any personal queries or advise on Consult which are not related to a specific disease / medicine of the pet. In the event the User raises any such personal queries or advice on Consult, Petamiko reserves the right to terminate the consultation of such Users and further, such Users will not be entitled to any refund.
p. In case a Vet Consultant does not provide a consultation summary prescription for a particular consultation, then the User shall have the right to request for a refund and any amounts paid by the User with respect to the such consultations will be refunded. Refunds will not be provided if the Vet Consultant has provided a consultation summary prescription to the User.
q. In case a Vet Consultant is unreasonably abrupt or quick to complete a particular consultation on Consult, then the User shall have the right to request for a refund. Petamiko shall provide complete refund to the User, subject to investigation undertaken by Petamiko.
r. Petamiko reserves the right to permanently block Users from Consult in the event Petamiko receives multiple cancellation request from such Users for reasons which do not form part of the cancellation policy of Petamiko.
s. Users are allowed a period of 24 hours to flag any consultation as inadequate, and request for a refund. No refund requests shall be considered thereafter.
t. Users can request a refund by contacting Petamiko’s online chat support under the “Support” tab.
u. Petamiko shall check the details and process the refund where applicable, solely at its discretion. After a refund request is processed, the money will be refunded to the User in seven (7) working days from the day refund has been approved from Petamiko.
v. In the event a User raises any concerns regarding the inappropriateness of a particular consultation on Consult, the User agrees that the refund or any other outcome for any such concerns raised by the User will be subject to a detailed review of the said concerns by Petamiko as per Petamiko’s internal policies.
w. In all matters related to refund and settlement under this Agreement, Petamiko shall decide so at its sole and absolute discretion after detailed review of the matter and taking into account all the involved parties’ information. The decision of Petamiko shall be final in this regard.
